Great company to work for. Travel work is the way to go if you are keen on gaining experience in different healthcare settings, meeting new people, and seeing different parts of the country all at once. I have completed 2 locum contracts with ProMed and highly look forward to doing more in the future when time allows. Attached are a few pictures of the beautiful spot I was placed for a contract last summer! An amazing experience both career and travel wise.
Accommodation and transportation set-up was a breeze each time as well and the company took care of all the stressful little details for you. I like to say that honestly all you have to do is "just show up and work", because all of the other details are pre-organized for you so you can focus on the job you are there to do. With a little exploring during your off hours too of course!

This is my first experience as a locum with Promed. The people I dealt with were proactive and responsive in providing all the information I needed during the onboarding stage and work deployment. They are extra flexible with the time and length of the contracts. The compensation package is also promising with an all-expense paid offer. Through Promed, I get the opportunity to travel across Canada and meet amazing people. Overall, Promed provides exceptional service and I highly recommend them!

Great company, excellent communication, and diverse locum locations across Canada. Personally, I haven’t done a locum yet, but hear from other sonographers that ProMed is very quick to repay any costs and per diems needed for travel and make locums enjoyable and easy for traveling techs. Everyone at the company I’ve experienced is very nice and professional.
ProMed has an updated website and Staffpoint app! This app is where you can view all available locums which is a new and exciting feature! Happy to see ProMed growing and expanding.
